有冇瑜伽學校介紹???

我想學瑜伽,花多眼亂,有冇人在Pure Yoga(黃佩霞）玩呀？？收費多少？？係咪要入會費？？

Last Friday, I went to "Bikram" (at TST - HMV) with my friend, is OK la.....clean and new !! They claimed that they are "正宗高溫瑜伽" .....I think this one is better than "physical" or other beauty shop !!!

Another friend joined 黃佩霞...around $6xx per month (also OK.... seaview....ha......ha.....)

Bikram : $188 (membership fee)
$588 per month - no limit (1year contract)
you can ask them, they will give you more plan........

請問Yoga Limbs係未全部都係外國人教授的?
咁想問問題時未要用英語lor?

I joined "pure yoga" for one year already at rate of 7xx per month for 1 year. Their tuitors are good and professional and they have a great variety of yoga classes. But heat classes like hot yoga are usually full at peak hours.

我都剛剛 join 左 pure yoga, 想問下你知唔知邊個導師會講中文 ? 因為我的英文唔係幾得, 好多時聽唔明 !!

You can click to the pure-yoga website. There you can find the description of each tutor and whether they will teacher in biligual or not.

依家先睇到黎個話題, 正~~~~
打佐電話去問Bikram , 佢地有試堂, $88/3堂
不過佢地唔肯再講咩了,只叫我親自去,話電話道唔方便講咁多
