It seems to be mastitis. Keep feeding baby tonight and go see doctor tomorrow.
I had this last month (when my boy is only 1-mth old) and also got fever. I thought I got a flu and did not pay much attention to that. Several days later I went to "health clinic" for baby checkup and the doctor asked me why I did not go earlier, she ended up asking me to go to hospital A&E. I spent a week there and had aspiration (the doctor use a syringe to extract abscess from my breast). I was actually quite lucky because the worst case could be the doctor need to make an opening on my breast to clear the abscess. So do go to a doctor. You can go toyour own doctor or the health clinic, which is very helpful.
My breast was hot, swollen and painful at that time.
Last time I went to 母嬰健康院 and the doctor give me a reference letter to go to hospital 急症室 (I went to 仁濟急症室) immediately. They also suggested me next time I can go to my own 婦科醫生.
However, 仁濟急症室 told me that I actually do not need a reference letter. When you go to 急症室, you need to tell them you are breast feeding and mention to them your situation (they'll take this really serious because it could be really serious!)
BTW, the doctor at 母嬰健康院 told me I can still breast my baby because the sucking power of baby is much much stronger and better than pump.
For your own good, go to 急症 la! (When the doctor gave me reference letter to 急症, I thought it was quite stupid, however, after you've been there and talked to them again, you know how serious this can be). Don't delay! Be good to yourself!
