I suggested you to call 21572157 to apply1507 IDD services. I went to Bangkok on Jul 7 and I reply this services before I went to the airport. (only one hour) the service can use. But this is not a roaming. When I want to talk with my family, I will send SMS to HK ($3) then my family will call to my hotel at $0.6 / min.
Roaming service at least $8-13 per min. In the airport, I will forward all calls to my home no. (**21*)my maid will take down the message to me.
If you really want to forward all call, must do it in HK. Arrival Bangkok can not do any forward function.
