so I through another agency to employ another maid. However, the first one has the problem of passport, the second one has TB. Then, I though maybe I give a chance to my maid and sometimes she has shown some improvement. Actually, I feel she should take care my baby(my mother stays here to help) and we move last two weeks. I think she is quite exhausted and I empoly two local DH to clean the new house. In these two weeks, her bad attitude appears again (bad face as I told her to change the day off in one week and brough her out to have dinner , steal many rubbish plastic bags, lazy,told me her friends can sleep at night o clock but she sleeps at ten o clock,lying, I found one thousand dollars in her drawer but she said it is given by her aunt and n;one can contact her aunt because she has no name and mobil phone) I took her to agency and she said "sidan" I gave her a warning letter and one month termenation letter.Last night, I heard she was crying on her bed. Today, she is always crying and hard working. The staff of the agency said maybe we have the communication problem since the laguage limitation. I also felt very confused and I really feel disable to handle a maid properly. Pls advice.
