想轉樓. 有沒有媽咪是住cityone shatin的, 可否比d意見呢?
because i know ths school in shatin is better.
so i want to move from tsuen wan to shatin.
any mama can give me suggestions?

沙田區中
無論是小學和中學都比較優秀
沙田第一城可以選擇胡素'精'
他們是傳統教學
功課較多
學校較注重學科成績
另外沙田區還有沙官和呂明才

我之前住第一城有四年多
今年六月才搬走

我的表弟們和侄仔全在沙田區就讀

對呀,沙田中小學唔錯, 中學有成十間(約)英中,出身率少時入英中機會大左...細路唔駛由中中轉英中禁苦(或入大學易適應d).
我細個住係沙田公屋廿年,. 我都係讀英中不過唔係最top個几間,ok la, 上過電視報紙, 好過我讀個時. 我有時行去/搭單車到第一城,第一城唔錯,很好往,規劃好,交通ok. 我妹8-9年前住過.

其實沙田住唔錯. 我也住過荃灣一年,雜d迫d.

cityone is a good choice
facilities is perfect : bank, supermaret, wet market,restauaurant,school,etc
trafficis conenient : ma railway, citybus, kow bus...
evironment is good :clean n tidy
investment : will notdrop too much even others drop
can easily sell if wat to change
