本人是離婚人仕,但美國的親戚話,移民美國是需要一封前妻批准的信,批准我可以帶2個未成年的女過USA移民,請問有沒有人可教我到那裏可以取得此信呢?有些律師又話不用此信,移民顧問又要收成$3,000一封.

Would you mind to tell us, what kind of visa you are getting, for yourself to come to US, relative reunion? or marriage?
and where do you live, in HK or china?

Oh! i remember your case now...

Yes, if you want to bring your kids to US, your ex-wife must sign it off, to give all the right to you, because Kids were "born" in HK, you can not move them to another country unless your ex-wife agreed to do so. 因為孩子唔可以離開出生原居地unless biological parents both agree to do so!
You need to go to get the 民証署做公証, 媽媽放棄一切權利, otherwise, it is very difficult for you to bring them with you.
because 佢可以告你abduction!
sometime, you may have to go to the count/ with or without lawyer to get it done. 因為你唔想俾移民官拒簽

you gonna ask the person from US embassy if that works!

As we are volunteer here, we can't tell what the immigration officer wants!
so, simply call their toll free number, told them that you know you need the document to bring your children from the previous married with you whom were born in HK, what do they need from you!
