See my opinion below:
1)菲傭 定 印傭好? 各有個好 and ng 好. generally comment is that 菲傭 is smarter but tricky; 印傭 is more discipline but stupid; however, there are still lots of exceptional casees 2)要工人照顧new born 有咩特別要留意? must have relevant experience! but it is hard to look for a maid who is willing to take care of new born as they will expect that their workload will be harder. 退而求其次 look for a maid who has experience in taking care of 0.6-2yrs old; also her appearance better to look nice and wear smile all the time; some black face all the time or look very angry might 嚇親個b
3)應該同agent講對工人有咩要求? have to love babies and kids eg, 幾多年工作經驗? at least 1-2 yrs; better to take care of the same bb / kids for at least 2 to 4 yrs, which means that she is good at this area 幾多歲好? don't be too old otherwise they will be lack of energy or creativity to take care /play with ur bb 結左婚未? yes, otherwise you will take a risk of she 掛住拍拖...or being a les...有無仔女? better as this proof that she loves kids (in most of the cases) and a higher chance for her to know how to take care of babies...
