I have similar situation. I have a 2yr B and a new born this August. My maid’s contract will be finished in May but she didn’t want to renew. In Jan 2011, I hired the other maid from over sea and everything seems fine. Yesterday, the agent told me that the maid didn’t want to come now even everything is ready. I really don’t know when the new maid will arrive or she will reject the offer again.

I only have a 2yrs old boy and new born in Aug.
The maids are not willing to accept the offer now for taking care 2 children. Finally, my agent asks me to pay more $.
At first, i want to let my 2yrs old boy to attend the full-day nursey. However, my husband rejected. But I really don't want to hire 2 maids at the same time.
