Anyone knows if the quality of egl trip to Thailand is good or not? Some of my firends say very bad. Pl. advise.

I had followed egl to Japan for my honeymoon. Bad service. If you like to buy goods from the guide, the service may be ok: if you don't, then my experience is not good.
