My boss ask the following:

pls calculate the average month consumption of stationery in terms of quantity of each item.

Item	Unit	Stock	Refilled	Return	Used	Final Stock
A4 paper	Ream	30	50	0	20	60
Pen	Piece	22	0	0	1	21

how to answer will be the best??

How can we calculate without knowing the date?

The table is for a year, a day or a month......???

assume the date is fm 1 Feb to 28 Feb.
The table is for a month

if the table is for one month, then the used is the average monthly consumption, why calculate???

係囉! 除非樓主係要計平均每日用量, daily consumption, 咁就除番當月日數囉.
