如何揀工人

我想請教各位在揀工人時會不會看她上一手所照顧的對象, 及問她是喜歡及願意照顧小孩等問題 ? 如果有而她們回答是”肯定”但到港後又會不會貨不對辦 ?

yes sure, i will consider the child age and number of child she took care before. If she took care the teenagers at last employer, maybe she don't know how to take care my young children.
Even she said she like kids, maybe its another story when she arrive. So that we always take risk !

Agree, they normally answer "like to take care of children, baby / or know how to cook chinese foods" but it's up to the time when they arrive, employers really know if she can do these things... like psmama mentioned, it's us who take the risk!!:-(

根據我俾兩個印傭激到彈起o既經驗,我建議揀工人應注意以下幾點:

- 是否順利"完約"
(凡不能完成2年合約的工人總係有問題,各種原因都不可信)
- 如屬現成工人,可要求與其舊僱主通電話了解其工作表現
(特別要留意工人寫o既履歷表,是否一個合約接一個,如年份中斷,千萬要小心,因為佢可能刻意隱瞞過往受聘紀錄)
- 主要照顧對象
(問親佢地係咪鍾意BB/小朋友實話鍾意架,搏請佢嘛,如果諗住倚賴工人單獨湊BB,更加要小心,因為無王管,反而揀番d切合自己家庭背景同居住環境,例:好似我咁,平日要奶奶監督住工人,就會揀個做過差唔多屋企o既工人)
- 年紀,太大個唔受控制 (即25以上)
- 學歷
(讀書太少教極唔明同唔肯學)
- 婚姻狀況
(結左婚o既會掛住屋企無心機做野)

講真,我請過兩個印尼工人,純=鈍,都算貨不對辦,咪諗住做過新加坡、台灣會好d,會衛生d,都係睇彩數
