Visit www.myschool.edu.au and look up schools in your and neighbouring suburbs. The schools' websites will give you much info 2. Anyhow, most ppl suggest primary education is all right for all. Your local school will accept you application any time without any problem, in fact they have to take your daughter. Cheers.
You have to make sure whether your target school has any school zone restriction. I know there is a few primary school set the school zone policy. But most of the primary schools do not have any school zone restriction.
