磨牙問題

有沒有家長知道怎樣處理小孩睡覺磨牙的問題,小兒五歲,晚晚都磨牙,前面的牙齒都磨平了。不知點算!

yes, please help !
my son age 2yr10mths old and these 2 months always XXX the teeth, no matter day or night. And he always want to bite: his brother, the maid and even himself ! I count his teeth: already complete 20 pieces. But why is he like that ??
