i just told my maid that i booked cheung wing airline and she needs to stay in TW airport for 2 hrs to transit, she's SUPER UNHAPPY!! and asked me why not CX!!

i just wonder if the maid has any say????

her ticket is for 3 mths (leave on 30 April back on 26 Jul), does she has any other cheap choice?

i said if she wants CX, she pays the difference

she's v v sad right now. i m so fed up!

They don't have any say. You just need to buy a ticket and send her back. My ex-maid used jetstar and need to stay in Singapore for over 24 hours for transit before going back to Indo.

i asked her to pay the difference but she refused. and said why i treated her like this as she will come back (rejoin me) to work for me after 3 mths holiday (she goes back for her wedding). then she was abt to burst into tear! CRAZY MAID!

i have now booked her direct flight taking garuda which is exactly 1k more than taking Cheung Wing.

i already told her i shd be the one making the decision but she ignored!! she's like my boss not me.
she's quite 'fart larn jar'. i m a civilized woman, how can i communicate with her?? the only way to resolve w/o hassling me again is to book her direct flight which I m very very unwilling to. not because of the small difference, it's the 'yuen jut' prb.

i booked thru ticket.com which i have checked it's the cheapest.

i hv renewed her contract, but maybe cancel it, as she has too many requests and too greedy

i gave her $250 pay rise to $3850 but she said she expected me to give her $4000 for new contract, and said all her friends who renewed their contract gets $4000 (which is bullshit la!) her workloads will be less in new contract as i hv hired an extra maid.

如果佢真係想返黎做, 到時再重新簽啦
3個月後佢係吾係真係還返黎, 又或者, 會吾會買大送細都吾知, 還甘greedy, 你又會請多一個maid, 比我一定吾會同佢renew contract.............送份結婚禮物比佢..........

My indonesia maid also asked me for CX tickets before after the first contract, I checked the prices it was >$1000 difference with the one I proposed to book, I said I couldnot pay it because it was too expensive, she said she really want a direct and comfortable tour !!

Then I asked my agent if my maid could have any say ?? The staff told me that my maid might think I was pure because I she was my first maid, she thought I know nothing !! Her advice is don't let her, if she wants so, she needs to pay the difference, finally I told her the agent's advice BUT except I found another direct line which was cheaper.

U said she burst into tears and why u treat her like that ? But honestly, less employer will renew with someone who wants to have 3 months holiday, how can u sure she will come back ?? who can tell she won't come back with pregnancy ??

If u can stand for not having her for 3 months, why don't u re-employ her after 3 months ?? For me, whether she is so good or not, I won't renew the contract right now.

i didn't think carefully b4 renewing her contract.

i wonder even i renewed her contract, can i cancel it without giving compensation (e.g. 1 mth salary)?

she's overall an ok maid. she treats my B good and my B always stick with her. that's why i renew her contract. but after 2nd thought, she will leave for 3 mths, by the time she comes back, my B may forget abt her and not attach to her anymore.

if i were U : if 公主 like CX, then she should pay difference, the choice is take it or leave it. that's all
