1. Check your manual, on the very first page it should give you the board type number at the bottom of the page.
2. For newer boards: Check the sticker on the ISA slot closest to the edge of the board, it will have two to three stickers of which one is the serial number and one is the type number.
3. For older boards: Check for a sticker on the board, usually located close to the CPU socket.
