add oil!!! i had a miscarriage before giving birth to my son... um.. try to rest more, sleep more... drink milk, take vitamins, eat "fa gau", not eat "cold" food... do everything in slow motion... i personally think the 1st 2mths is the most crucial period... (coz me, my sister & my friend all had a misccariage during week 7-8... ) so, take care of yourself, if possible take annual leaves la & rest at home... & try not to think too much ar... relax... good luck!!!
