not everybank recognise overseas income.

are you PR or Citizen?

I like to know too. If I'm the PR, do you know which bank or finacial company can recognise overseas income?

My sister borrowed 80% from Wespec Bank in June last year. But the loan application was done through by a loan agent.

here, normally 80%, more than that need to buy insurance

一般買屋可以借到幾多成呢? PR同非PR有無不同呢? 如果我不是PR但兩公婆在Australia都有穩定收入可借幾成呢?

Why not ask bank directly? or try those bank's online calculator..... It all depends on how much you earn and how much you can borrow.... then depends on how much the house you want to buy....
