police抄低我I.D#, 同埋佢既I.D及 contract no. , 臨走前police問佢攞埋黎緊居住地址, 佢依依哦峨, 最後唔知有無俾到police.

聽日紅日, 唔知能否搵到個agent.

你報過警有 record, 唔駛怕佢屈你, 放完假即去 labour dept 開 file先, 睇吓你應該俾佢嘅人工多唔多過佢要賠俾你嘅 notice pay, 如你要俾佢, 就叫 labour dept 同你地做 settlement. 佢好可能係未揾到工諗住 file 個 case 可以遲d 走兼呃錢！

get a police report in writing. If she sues u, it will be useful.

Of course u don't change the ticket yet unless u get her resignation letter. Otherwise, she will say you change the ticket cause you want to fire her earlier!!!

don't know how close u are with the agent
--> do not trust the agent

fax a statement with the pc no to the Imm Dept at once to report this incidence
u must take action faster than the maid, don't wait till after holiday
file a claim at Labour Dept right after holiday with this police record

(remember that she has a gang of xxx back her up; but u have BK members back u up)

fax machine is operated 24 hr a day even tmr is holiday

the statement is a report of this incidence, same as what has been mentioned in your first post

Yes, if she leaves today, she has to pay u back.

Did u record the part when she was saying she wants to leave early, cause that is the most important.

You offerred to pay her now is useless. She can argue u fired her.
