No need to worry, when I born my first son I asked my doctor about it. He said some people M will come few months later but it dosen't means 字宮 not back to normal , it also have chance to get baby even the M not yet come. As the 字宮 is already working now.
P.S. Last time my M come near 8 month after baby birth but I feed the baby by breast milk.
