印印"又"偷錢, 激死我!!

印印已經係我屋企3年, 我上個月發現drawer 唔見左$1000, 已經立刻問佢係咪偷錢, 佢當然唔認啦, 冇証冇據, 其實我都預左佢唔認, 只係比佢知道我地有發現唔見錢o架, 你咪o甘昌狂. 自己心諗當比個機會佢, 話o西佢對我d細路幾好, 仔女都很喜歡她. p.s. 7月時(未發現偷錢前)她說她媽病了, 問我借左$6000. 但冇簽借據.8月扣左$3000, 仲own 我$3000.
點知今日發現我仔女的錢箱少了共$1000, 嬲到我死死下, 我依家應點做, 1)先要佢認, 要佢簽warning letter, 要佢還番$4000比我? 2) 定話即炒? 但要補1month notice 兼唔見$4000 - 好肉赤 3) 冇証據可否報警? 4) 如果佢簽左封warning letter, 第日炒佢駛唔駛補1month notice ?

我可以點呀, 教o下我啦, 比佢激到喊

搵agent同佢問話, 叫佢攞返d錢出黎.....你要求check佢既行李同櫃...不停盤多幾次, 比d壓力佢。

I think you should try to let her return the borrowed money first.

My maid stole money from my husband's wallet for 2000HKD last week. She was with us for half of year only. When I talked to her, she denied immediately. She said: mum, for God's shake, I did not take your money, you can search my belongings!
I told her I won't search her goods, and asked her to sit down to talk. I told her I had called the agent, and agent asked me to call policeman. But I wanted to give her a chance first. I told her police won't search her goods only, but will check the finger print on my husband's wallet and if they found out her finger print there, then police will charge her and send her to prison and she is never able to come to HK again. I told her my previous maid stole something from us, we asked her to sign a warning letter and forgave her... At that moment, her face came pale and kneeled down in front of me, crying, asking me to give her a chance. She returned the money back to us.We asked her to write down what she did, and when agent came, we decided to fire her immediately due to her other bad behavious in our home for half of year as well. no polite, telling lies, lazy, likes eating.... We paid the airticket... and bloody government still need us to pay for 2400HKD for her four days working with us exceeding first half of year!!!!! big loss ah :-(
When my maid knew we decided to let her leave, she even suddenly accused my husband had bad intention on her... and when I told her my belief on my honest husband and pointed out her stupid excuse and asked her to stay to wait my husband to clear the things, she suddenly said nothing, and she told a lie as she wanted us not to send the letter she confessed her misdoing to immigration dept.

HORRIBLE OR ?

At the end, I think you need to fire her... You tolerate once, she will do it twice... and more.

已經冇agent, 第二張contract 自己renew 的. 佢窮到死又大駛, d 錢到佢手仲邊有得剩. 如果要佢還錢, 要在下月10日的人工扣. 自問我地對佢o甘好, 佢居然o甘對我, 真係好心痛. 好反感

佢呢d慣"非", 一定會再偷, 我之前個印印, 都係比我地發現左, 偷我地銀包d錢, 仲攞哂我兩個仔錢箱d錢, 我都警告過佢唔好再做, 但係我就裝左個web-com(佢當然唔知啦), 仲將銀包d錢影哂相, 點知一裝就影到佢, 就係咁, 我咩都冇陪比佢, 只係比左張機票佢趕左佢走, 仲要係人民入境處度寫明佢偷錢, 咁佢就冇得返黎香港架啦. 其實真係好可惜架, 我個印印做得好好架, 煮野又好食, 又湊得掂d仔, 不過真係日防夜防家x難防, 唔可以姑息佢地囉.

我唸而家你應該裝番個webcam, 如果唔得就裝d錢影哂相, 一唔見錢, 就即查佢銀包, 如果真係有就可以報警or即炒佢, 不過兩樣都一定最少要比機票佢走, 但咁樣最少慳番d待通知金丫, 仲有再留佢係度日日提心吊膽, 分分鐘比佢偷左d錢都唔知夠唔夠佢陪番借你果$3000.

如何佢簽左warning letter 認偷野, 我炒佢仲要唔要比多一個月佢呀? 如要我補錢比佢走, 我條氣好唔順

我打算'空'佢, 話要報警. 要佢簽信和承認欠我3000. 但如果佢死口唔認我可以點呀? 頭痛ing

我諗你第一件事係要工人補簽番借左你6k先, 因為你再胸佢, 佢唔認數之余, 仲可以反告你上個月扣佢3k添。

呢2-3個月唔好放貴重野同cash在家, 等佢還完錢後比一個月通知佢走啦。(一係裝CAM捉佢/擺明引佢再報警)

你估佢會認偷野咩? 佢會改咩? 佢有良知既你小朋友錢罌唔會無左1K啦。

佢d廿的人有一次實有第二次,一係裝番個webcam,一係寫下d錢的號碼,一唔見就即刻找佢衣櫃,廚房,暗隔搵下,一定有的,到時可以唔洗比番一個月人工益佢,現在先要立即寫番張借錢証據,保障自己先.免得她玩野. :tongue:

小心留意: 法例規定你每月最多只可扣工人1/4人工(e.g. $3320x1/4=$830).所以你要工人簽收的人工每月不可扣多過她人工的1/4.

My last maid also borrowed money on her own name for other two Yanyan... there is some maid very pig to do that.. but if your yanyan has signed it as
a 擔保人, it will be a problem later when the other maid can not return money... according to what I read from your previous mail, I doubt your maid has big problem with telling lie to you to borrow your money and borrowing money from 日本財務
My last maid was perfect except borrowing money from financial company and later made us 周身蟻。

fire her when you get the money back... otherwise, it will be more and more story coming up..

I had enough experience with that : first maid has "very very close" girl friend; second maid steals money and other small things, even shampoa..; third one borrow money from two financial companies; this one left last week because stole 2000from us...

原來佢真係有借錢, 我見到單. $2670 x 8期, 大拿拿2萬幾, 都唔明點解可以借到o甘多, 佢得$3300 per month. 我打算炒佢, o甘o個間公司o米追唔到錢law
