can someone tell me the name of the doctor in 浸會, call 馬X 超? What is his name in full , is he good? I want to get a second opinion cos my doctor told me to have my 1 month old son to 割包皮. I am really puzzle as i dont want my son to 割包皮 if it is not needed.
