1. get a green contract (total 4 copies) from hk immigration
2. signed by both party with supporting document (check w/phil consultant, their link is http://www.philcongen-hk.com/labor/main.htm) submit to phil consult and wait for 5 working days (cost HK$297.50 + US$144 insurance fee)
3. collect the green contract from phil consult and submit to hk immigration + supporting document (check w/hk immigration) and wait around 4 weeks (cost HK$160)
no need to pass to agency that u can save $$$.
i did it 1.5year before, maybe the cost has some change. go luck!!
only fill in ID407E and fax back to immigration dept. only immigration has the right to let your maid to stay in hk. even her visa still has 1 year, but which is collecting with your contract, in case the contract is broke, she only has 14 days to stay here. in case she can get a new contract within that 14 days, it depends on immigration dept to approve her to extend to go back to philippines within 1 year. BTW, you need to inform immigration dept 7 days after she left you.
