Agent 黑名單 - Dynasty Employment Centre - Ms Peggy, also a Prudential insurance ag
My Indonesian maid was found with strange behaviour and double locked my door that I can't even go home. She was found dressing unproperly and fixing her bra while carrying my baby and didn't talk to me what happened.
I then expressed to the agency that I wanted to change maid. Ms Peggy also told me not to tell the maid about my intention. However, his assistant Ah Yung informed my maid about this and I only knew this recently when the maid had purposely made mistakes every day.
Ms Peggy (the agent) said that she guaranteed the maid had no problem but 2 weeks ago the maid was found 落降頭. This time I reported to the police and Ms Peggy said that she could only arrive my home at midnight and asked to make compensation to the maid. She didn't even inform my right that I could seek one month compensation from the maid. She only cared about her making money from the maids.
Now Ms Peggy also made advices for the maid to make claims at the Labour Dept. The maid told me some time ago that on weekends she helped the agency people to bath their kids and doing other illegal work for them!!!!
I think that Ms Peggy had manupilated the maids and used them as tools to make money. I was among one of the unfortunate employers to fall into this trap.

This agency has no integrity at all. I hope that nobody will have this experience as I do as if the agency informed the maid about our intention to change maids, it will definitely affect her emotion and in return she would not do her job properly and also illtreat the baby.
My baby is found shaking his head and blinking the eyes when he was sleepy during the night time so I would need to have a thorough medical check up for him. I am glad that we found out the terrible and scary behaviour of the maid.
