孔雀石綠... What kind of fish is safe to use to make Papaya Soup?
Hello All: For the past 4 months, I used to boil a big pot of papaya & fish soup each week since I'm breastfeeding my daughter. Now the governemnt has found that certain imported fresh water fish like 大魚 & 鯇魚 also have 孔雀石綠. What shall I do? Can I use other kind of fish to make papaya soup?
I feel terrible that my daughter must have taken in lots of 孔雀石綠 through my breastmilk... :-(
