I got similar case two years ago. After phone interview, we signed the contract and processed all the steps. After the visa of Immigration had issued, the maid suddenly told agent that she was in the hospital and not considered to come to Hong Kong.
We had no alternative but to choose a local yan yan who was about to finish her four-year contract. At last she just worked with us bout ten months and went back to Indonesia for marriage.
