When I was just about to book, the hotel replied the agents (I checked with several agents), this opening offer just stopped. Can't book any days at all. Can't believe that this hotel could stop the offer in the mid of the day, not giving any notice!! :;pppp: Really BAD BAD BAD!

You may try to call them or book on line la.
They will confirm your booking immediately!

I have already called the hotel directly, trying to book a room. But then they said they stopped the offer. Then I blah blah, basically saying that in your website, you still have the offer, and she said there's a limited rooms blah blah. Anyway, can't believe a 5 stars hotel could stop the offer in the mid of a day. I confirmed a room this morning, they still don't honour their offer. Really bad!!!!

BTW, heard from another forum that there was a case someone email to the hotel just today trying to book for his free night stay, then the staff said the use of period has been changed to end of sept as opposed to the original date dec 31, and plus all rooms are full until end Sept, so no way to use the free night certificate. Donno if this is true, so if you go there, book the free night room asap.

我之前都BOOK 左6月去, 佢地當時個WEDSITE 係話FREE ROOM 係可以31/12 前用BOR, 而家又話到9月? 但係咪要去左第一次攞張FREE one night room coupon 至可以BOOK 架, 而家未住可以BOOK 定先? 點BOOK? 有無人知實在係點呢?

I booked the Banyan Tree buy 1 get 1 offer 2 weeks ago, and reserved a room on June 30. However, they didn't mention anything regarding the complimentary night in the confirmation letter. I doubt whether they will honor it to me even I booked the package already.

I am afraid that they will simply say the hotel booking is all full even they give me the coupon on June 30.

Some people also said that they have to wait until 5pm to check in, this is really terrible!

Yes very terrible. If your confirmation has not mentioned it, then how do they identify who would get this offer? Anyone could claim it then???

之前話12月30日前可以用啵, 乜依傢又改左.....
我將會好快去, 我6-8/6, 返黎再報告.....
其實我都唔知有得FREE一晚, 因為預左去住, 但係泰國個間, 係有個朋友通知我澳門開先轉去澳門......

The confirmation letter only showed that it will include breakfast and the room for 1 night, didn't mention any other things. Some people said the hotel staff will give us a coupon when we check out.

However, the coupon will be useless if we have to use it before Sept 30, while most of the date are full already. I think they are not honest and I am still waiting for their reply in email because I need them to reply me in black and white. Their line is busy all the time and I don't want to waste my money to call them!
