That's y u shouldn't jailbreak ur iphone. Unless u r a geek, say a couple of bucks and running more free apps ain't worth at all (bet no one told u that b4). 
B4 deciding jb, dig deep and find out what cydia is and what kind of risk u would face. Once cydia get the root access, u've pretty much lost control and people could just inject undesirable code to ur iphone. With that, u r on ur own.
Two ways to o take care of ur problem,
1/ itunes (easy way)
connect ur iphone via itunes. When source list appears, click Restore on Summary tab.
On ur iphone, Settings, General, Reset, Erase All Contents and Settings. This will erase all media and data.
Relax. U'll get all the paid apps by merely reinstalling it. 
2/ remove cydia (hard way)
Unless u pretty sure what u r doing, don't bother. 
Go to cydiaand grab cydelete.
Settings, cydelete, turn off cydia and then remove cydia as usual. If there're other jailbreak programs, remove it as well.
