After you ordered, no follow-up at all!! I ordered products 3 days ago but no one called abt delivery. I called them after 3 days and the order still hasn't been passed to delivery dept.
if u ordered online via Pak Chun need to pay $30 delivery fee. If ordered via Baby Care $30 is waived. I thought better service and quicker delivery if ordered directly via Pak CHun that's why I'd rather pay the delivery charge. But in fact it's not as no service and no follow-up from Pak Chun until you called (if using online, I don't know for tel orders as i didn't order via phone).
their sauce is good, but the readily prepared vinegar with eggs and ginger not as tasty as boiling it yourself. Initially I want t buy their readily prepared product because no one boils for me, but then my new maid is willing to peel ginger, so I ask her boil (my mum spent a few mins teaching her how to boil).
My old maid and my mum's maid refused to peel ginger for me and said v 'sun fu'!
