I believe she does not really intend to give birth here in HK and only want money from you. Threaten her by the fee that may involve to give birth of the baby in HK. I think she will eager to go back.

If I were you, I'd only agree to pay:
1. 餘下1半長期服務金 – fee for 機票
4. 機票
6. 車費 ($100 as stated in contract)
7. 在港的工資(雖現在她什麼都不做) (you have to pay anyway)
In view that she has been working for so many years, I believe you’ve prepared to pay her the long service before this incident. However, as you’ve asked her not to come back if she is pregnant. Therefore, I’ll regard she had resigned and thus will not pay for the air ticket. The fee is deducted from the long service. Make sure you ask her to sign on a resign letter and the so call “long service” is paid out of good faith only. She should not be entitled to it as she resign herself.

Tell her that nobody request her brother and sister to take care of her. If her brother and sister would not take care of her because of no money, then she can go by herself.
regarding health insurance : u can check with the insurance that u bought for her.
the agent said if a doctor verify that the maid can not work as usual for health reason.the insurance will pay some money to u .not sure if that works for prenacy. and is the insurance cover if she gave birth in hk.
我覺得最好全跟足法例，咁唔驚佢玩野．
既然佢辭職，就：
１．no.，（BK 媽咪話法律係辭職就無，如correct,就唔比）
２．唔比，因她辭職 （當然要齊証人，簽紙，cam, recorder, agent在場）

以上７點我唔sure咁樣係咪啱晒法律，要點是所有野全部跟法律做，你全部自己check with labour dept,最好要佢地書面回覆，咁labour dept有你的case file,而你又完全跟labour dept's reply去做．
如果你因為一時仁慈，跟些唔跟些（如比埋一半長俸佢），佢就會有機會話你逼佢辭職，所以肯比長俸佢，etc.
