as i mentioned b4, doctor gave me something like lotion to apply on my thigh and my 內幕厚 in the next day..

醫生被咗嗰GEL我查，2日后內膜厚翻，有0。82 啦
gel name is extreva - extradiol hemihydrate
it really works...
doctor siu gave this to me..i m not sure if it needs letter from doctor to get this lotion..

請問你未用gel前內膜有幾多呀,我有內膜薄的問題放胎時只何得8mm.好想試呢種gel!請問點用架?

doctor gave it to me to supply on thigh. i am not sure if u could buy from outside or mayb u need prescription to buy it..

I asked the nurses, they suggested me to try drink more milk. It has to be full fat, not low fat. And make sure it's warm milk, not cold. That should help too.
