My Indio maid need to go & out HK within this year.
So I promise her to
back home when I employ her,
but I already mentioned
about the airfare pay by me
should be the difference
between her previous employer and me,
however, her previous employer insist
pay her just one-way airticket.
I want to know about the return
airfare is to be pay by me or
agreement between me and my maid.
Do anyone can solve my problem.

pls check with her whether her employer paid her cash or open one-way ticket.
If she doesn't want to return immy, normally, they should be settled by cash.
So, if maid plan to back to home, you may share w/ her two-way ticket fee, it's much cheaper.
(each half and half)
