These few days (Since Friday) already over 20 girls call me and said want to do interview.

Most of them are not resign yet, want to confirm the contract and give one month notice to the present employer./

The most funny things, they expected me to pay those commission for her.

If you check through their right, they should not pay the commission, the commission should pay by Employer.

Please check w Philippine Consulate. They got the right not pay.

Like canada, only Employer need to pay commission. If you ask employee to pay, actually is illegal.

i forget what this terms, something like "Under protect labour law".

My ex-bun bun (employed years ago) is a devoted Catholic. I could tell you that she could earn a high credit to our family. Be good to others was always our talking point.
