Any body know any english class can take for a 2-3yrs old kid. I want the teacher is a foreigner. only may be 2-3 lessons per week. No necessary to be in 1 to 1 , It can be in a class. Better to be teach by phonics. I was cosider Kumon before, but they dont have foreigner teacher.
