if I want to format hard disk, how? I want to install windows 7, how?

-隊隻win7 安裝碟入 dvd-rom，set BIOS 以dvd-rom boot 機，reboot PC...
-follow on-screen-steps WIN7會幫你detect H.D. then u can do the format action

Y u need change from vista to win7 becoz of such a virus infection?
雖則vista係..., ；況且，你沒有裝防毒麼？？

先諗辦法清左d毒佢先 {& backup all ur important data 1st }
轉不轉去win7 / format HD 容後再談啦 ...

now I install Avira free edition, is it good? also I install toolbar webguard & daily update
Avira advised me to shut down Windows Defender, it said that Windows Defender may conflict with Avira, so I shut down Windows Defender, was it ok?
