濕疹, on the other hand, is associated with eye allergy, and of course nose and airway allergy. They can rub their eyes frequently. Go to the doctor to see if this is related.
Parents in this forum tend to overestimate the effectiveness of changing milk formula in allergic diseases. But of course you can try it, prefereably with the guidance of your family doctor.
