u give a warning letter to her that u felt diisturbance of the phone that affective you & yours family psych. & saftey reasons. Request her to handle as to stop further irritation and promise no more afterward.Otherwise she will be terminate the coontract without any notice.Actually she will not pay back the money then they will send the letter to her or go to your home to find her to pay the money. then u can terminate without payiing 1 month.
I really got the same experience so that can share with u, they go to your home to find her just to confirm the address she gave them then they will through the court to ask her pay back the money.If she can achieve yours requirements in takes care yours family but just on loan the money. Maybe u talk with her to see how much she is loaned & willing to pay back or not? U told her that now is very international,they can also find u even u back to Phillippine, (i don't know how they check in Immgration)U told her if she is not williing to pay back the money ask her to resign by herself, u don't want them to disturb & for safety, psy reasons to yours family, esp to your daughter, shows disappointed to her misonduct, of course still need her to sign the warning letter to keeps record. (Copy the letter that ask her to pay back the money)

I have had similar experience. I think you should fire her as soon as possible and fax the notification of termination of contract (attention to immigration dept) to the finance companies, then those people will not bother you anymore.
