I already posted my case as "employ local maid"
A few days ago, my maid previous mum's called me
that she will resposbile for return airticket only.
And she blamed me about my concern is the difference payment between a round trip airfare, and
stress to persue my maid to solve the problem
through Labour Dept. What a crazy mum
she was!!! She was already illegal for
not give my maid the return airticket
after the contract on Dec. 04.
And My maid is being underpaid
employed by her and she didn't sign
any document for return airfare when
she left . So who
is the illegal empolyer??
However, my maid has no mood to work
because the return airticket still hasn't
issue by her previous mum. How poor am I!!!!!!!!!
How can I solve the airticket!AA!
To buy one return back HK airticket or
pay the cash to maid to buy the return HK airticket??
Don't do anything that is beyond yr responsibility, u better ask the maid to lodge the claim through the labour dept, in the mean time don't sign any contract with her before everthing is settled properly.
