I bought a 5 days package to Singapore for my family of 4 for a trip i Aug. I bought a cheap package at 實x旅遊 (v. hotel and Jet Asia airline) because I wanted to save money. At last, I paid $400 more to change to tiger airline because no flight. Besides, I paid $800 more to 'upgrade' the hotel from v. hotel to Fragance because the staff said no room. My friend told me Fragance's price was cheaper than v. hotel. I feel very sorry to my children because I wanted to save money and found a small travel agency. As a result, I paid much but they need to stay in a cheap hotel and budget airline.
Would you mind to tell me which day in Aug that you booked originally with jetstar to Singapore? I'm worrying that Jetstar would eventually cancel my flight as well. It seemed odd that this agent could discover this early that your flight is cancelled???
