我用我件印印, 一早已經發現以上特點, 一直都冇改善過~ 佢做左一年左右, 仲要應學精既唔去學, 反而搏嘴呀~ 唱反調呀~ 蠱惑野就學到十足十窩!!! 哎~~ 都受左19個月......我日夜都唔放心... 夠喇.... 下個星期送佢返鄉下耕田, 會岩佢d, 唔駛帶腦丫嘛~!!

From your wordings, you must have a very bad experience with your indo maid. I think having a maid (no matter it's Filippino or Indo, it all depends on your and your kid's luck). There's no difference whether they come from but it's just a matter of what you demand and what you expect from her. Mine is an indo and has been working for me over 7 yrs since mychild was born. I must admit the education standard for Filippino is good compared to indo but the most issue is to find one that she will use the heart to treat you and your family. I also have some fds using indo to take care of their small kids and they all found them satisfactory becos they are very hard working and obedient. For my case, my maid can handle every little things at home and even her dayoff. In fact, when the time you and your kid don't need to rely on the maid much, you can use Filippino becos you can choose one with good English.
Just like Hong Kong boss will think of hiring a mainland chinese is more obedient than a local chinese and they are more hardworking too.
Anyway, hiring a good maid is mainly depends on LUCK !!!! I always think they all are human beings, no one can be perfect.
