3. 另可唔可以叫佢係我阿媽到訓, 日間先過來我這邊照顧bb ?因為奶奶有時可能係到訓冇地方.

4. 另我有間村屋係自己, 得閒入去住下, 叫工人根我去做清潔得唔得.

if she is willing to do point 2, 3 and 4 andd you want to take the risk, no problem. However if she 反轉 pig 肚 (and it's her right because you do not stick to the contract), you'll be in trouble.
