I am not going to continue 3rd contact with current 印印 and her contact will be finished next year about March. 佢唔太差,Age 24 .but why i dont want to sign 3rd contact with her.As I have to pay her 長期服務金 and my husband wants to change 賓賓 in order to have better English environment for my kids . She trend to a little bit lazy after work for me 4 year. Sometime she is very insist. As I have no time to scold & train her and two kids have to her care take. But she knows how to take care new born bady. she is VERY honest,never a lie.Some housework I have to remind her to do everymorning before going to office.
Yesterday, she talk to me about 3rd since she still want to work for me and stay in Hong KOng .If i dont want to continue, then she will find an new boss.
.I pay her $3300/M. she return around 8:30PM everysunday.I pay her OT and she can work on Sunday.if somebody will give birth next year, you can consider my maid.
