Buddy wanted - 詩巴單

My wife and I want to dive in Sipadan in early Oct.
I can't find group tour. We are advance divers but we haven't dived for years. Therefore, 2 more buddies are need.

如果你真係得2個人去，都可以成行啦，去到Sipadan住果到既屋，果到有個INSTRUCTOR係識廣東話既。(其實果D華人大多廣東話無問題.. ) 如果你想搵香港人INSTRUCTOR都得，係KK有一個，佢可以同你地去架~ 有興趣既話我再搵搵個AGENT TEL俾你(個AGENT係沙巴既).. 希望幫到你啦!

SIPADAN唔DIVE就無咩野好玩呀啦.. 我上次去無DIVE，ONLY去食海鮮同出島.. :wink:

Littlesherman,
I have a problem, vertigo.
I see the whole world swinging when I ascend especially in shallow water. I have to ascend extremely slow and have to descend a bit when it happen. I can control my buoyance quite well but my wife can't. Therefore, I need an experience diver.
Also, more people more fun ma.
What is the landscape underwater in Sipadan? All are drop-off?

Hi littlesherman

My husband like scuba-diving, not as advance as you guys he has just done some courses in the Phillipines a few years back. He is planning a 5-days diving trip with a friend. Sipadan is one of the options.

I wonder if Sipadan is good for the not so advance divers? Are there things for the wives and kids (2, 2.5 and 3 years old respectively) to do when they are exploring the waters? Will it be too cold by Christmas?

Sipadan is near to the equator. It is hot in X'mas.
Per littlesherman, SIPADAN唔DIVE就無咩野好玩呀啦..

I am looking for more people in order to play safe and have more fun. Is your husband availiable in early Oct?

It has to be Christmas as the kids have started PN and K1 already. And my husband must bring us coz he can't leave our son for more than a day.

Since there will be two to three families going together, we are looking for a spot for the divers, the wives and the kids. It appears that Sipadan may not be a good choice. Do you have any recommendation apart from Sipadan or the waters off those islands close to Kota Kinabula?

I don't know how many logs he has as I am not interested in it at all.

Gisele : 因為KK市都無咩好行，你可以考慮住KK既HOTEL，你先生同朋友就去附近既島DIVE。佢地可以一日來回，都有成6個鍾去DIVE架喇，當然無Sipadan咁靚啦。但係KK附近既島就好岩一定大少去喇，因為個海灘都好靚，有好多魚，又有士多有野食既。(不過唔係太好食~ ) 再者Sipadan係得好深水既DIVE既，要玩既就係出島都係睇D沿岸風景。所以我建議你STAY係KK..咁你同D小朋友
(1) 跟埋去，你同小朋友玩沙、游水、餵魚魚
(2) 係HOTEL玩，係KK既HOTEL沿岸已經好靚，你HOTEL邊都睇到水母、海星同好多魚魚了... 再唔係就係HOTEL玩室內既野
(3)或者JOIN LOCAL TOUR去睇長臂猿、螢火蟲都得，成程都係坐船既。

If the kids are so small, it is not convenient to dive overseas because clear water can only be found in remote area. That is the reason why I haven't dived for years.

That's why I am looking for more buddies.
Most of the package takes plane from KK to Sipadan. I can't dive on that day. I will dive in HK before I go.

我都記得早2、3年有朋友去完Sipadan，話D水好靚，但會由淺水忽然跌幾十呎，都幾得人驚…我老公想去，但當時剛剛有左，不敢撘飛機。

本來我今次唔多想去KK，因10年去左個幾禮拜，連很少人去的police beach都玩1個下午!! 但尼次帶
