My new maid come to my house end Jul. she is now 25 years old and work in Singapore 2 year before. Her resume showed her cooking is Good.
For the 1st month she come, every day she steams the fish. Basically, should be no problem for us to steam the fish everyday but she buys the SAME fish everyday...
This morning, I gave her the money to market, below is our conversation:
Me: Let's buy the papaya & pork for the soup, buy 1 catty vergetable then you cook one more things you like.
Maid: ... then let's cook 午餐肉?
Me: Of course, NO, this only cook when nothing to eat.
Maid: ... Let cook the prawn? (just boil ...)
Me: NO. anything you cook at singapore? U no need to cook before?
Maid: I cook somethings are expensive...
Me: I have to go tot office, you have to think what to buy..
In general, I don't want to keep her next year when my girl go to P.I. Good luck to me..
