I have similar pain as you, it quite uncomfortable, I have to hold something when I change the position from sit to stand up. The most trouble thing is to get off the bus, because there are so many people and I have to get out of the bus/mini bus quickly. And I have almost three months to go for my child birth, I just worry, even my baby will born three months later, the pain still stick with me..... :-( :-( :-(
