Hello! I wonder if it is common for a pregnant woman (for just 1 month) not to sleep well at night. I am not able to sleep at night for 3 weeks!!! Almost evey night, I sleep only 2-3 hours! I am worried about it as it may affect my baby.

how's your sleeping pattern before you got pregnant gar? sleep well all along?
don't take herbal tea or sleeping pills at this moment.. or say.. during your pregnancy except it's approved by a doctor..
try taking a glass of warm milk b4 going to sleep la..
after knowing I am pregnant.. for about 5 weeks, I sleep very well at night time, and I do have a nap in the afternoon tim gar..
be relax.. and try other methods in assisting sleep b4 trying of medicine!
Before I got pregnant, I slept very well - all night long. Even though I woke up sometimes, I could sleep again very soon. Now, I always feel my body very hot (body, foot). I can hardly sleep well at night. I do hope that I can sleep well again when I am in w5 or so. Otherwises, I am still worried about my baby.
