I just bought a 生鐵鑊, I also saw 黑金剛鑊in the shop but the shop owner told me that 黑金剛鑊 has coating on top so it would not be sticky when you cook and the coating would not be harm for our health. BUT the 鑊s are made from China. So I am wondering whether the coating is really not harm for us. So I bought the original 生鐵鑊. This is the first time that I use 生鐵鑊 in my life, very exciting, my maid is going to "open" the 鑊 today. We will go to Parknshop for pork fat. This is the first time to use 生鐵鑊

不過用完, 就覺得隻生鐵鑊就無左層coating咁, 瓦色左!
