Yep it all depends. But if u go throuh business / investment migrations there must be quite a lot of fundings involved. Yet for skill migration and relatives sponsored migration (i think most of hong kong migrants go on these two kinds) it's vy affordable and low as just paying the application fee ( prehaps thousands hkd) if u feel confident to lodge the application on your own without any agents help.
