hihi, i have been in SYdney for 3 years and would like to buy my own property. I know nothing about the procedures, etc, could you pls give me some ideas?
Besides, i have 2 girls, any area is good for their studying?
I am living in Hurstville right now, but I love Mortdale/Oatley where I lived previously. However, my husband belives that north shore is better for our girls future. hehe...so we had some arguement in this area. BTW, we are not able to afford expensive suburb. like killara . In fact, we don't think of private school unless my girls goes to those 'not good' public school.
Thanks soooooo much for your info. aiii... myself loves South, but my husband wants North because he firmly believe that our girls will be in a better environment i don't know la... but for sure, our financial burden is heavier
Is anyone living in North? Can you share your ideas? Should I move to North solely because the 'school net' is better? or for someone says "north people are in HIGHER quality"

The north shore i meant east north areas.
Includes Neatral Bay, north sydney up to Chatswood areas. Personally I like east north. I felt the ppl are also quite good (polite, high educated) in those area. But it is really exp. If i consider the kids, i would choose East-north, East suburbs.
