what you can do is:
1. take more rest
2. learn how to express the breastmilk by your hands
3. after you 上奶, say, three to four days after delivery, express the breastmilk and store them
my experience:
my third bb was 'yellow' and needed phototherapy in the hospital for ONE WEEK and I was not allowed to breastfeed her. the hospital only let me to bring the expressed breastmilk there but I could not pump any in the first week --- I ended up taking rest at home; visited my bb everyday and waited for her discharge. all the way while she was admitted at the hospital, the nurses bottlefed my bb. i'm lucky (or i should say my bb was) cos she has no nipple confusion. she was breastfed right after being discharged from the hospital.
note: I breastfed my bb in the labour room right after she's born!
