Urgent: Trip to Sapporo

I will go to Sapporo with my husband and little girl (14months) by the end of Sept, anyone has been there recently??

Please kindly advise on:

1. the clothes to bring (how about the weather?)
2. any sight visit points are suitable for the time being?
3. Any recommendation for the baby?
